Business Visa
Canada invites fruitful business people who are looking for new possibilities and challenges. The Business Immigration Program is intended to energize and work of these people.
There are two classes of business immigrants:
- Start-up visa – For Start-up visa, the business must be a new business and intended to be operated in Canada. Also, the business should match the qualifying criteria defined by the Canadian government. Qualifying criteria:

- Your business should be supported by a designated entity. They should be providing you with a Letter of Support which details the commitment they are willing to make towards your new business.
- You must know the language English or French
- A decent amount of money to live and settle a business in Canada.
- Self-employed persons
- For Self-employed visa, you must hold two years of relevant experience.
- Also, you must score a minimum 35 in a selection grid designed to see if you will be able to make an economic contribution to Canada.
